My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Alfred, but my friends call me Alfredo! I am a 2-year old, neutered male Chihuahua/Poodle/Terrier mix, weighing about 13 pounds. I was adopted by a young couple who showed me lots of love and patience. However, with my separation anxiety, my family has realized that I would be far happier in a home with other doggie friend(s), or in a home with someone who is a homebody just like me! I am on Prozac for my separation anxiety. I am fully bathroom and leash trained, and I do super well in doggy daycare.

I am an extremely loyal, loving dog. I am shy when I meet new people, but once I get more comfortable, I am your little buddy! I am a big cuddle bug, low energy guy. I require minimal grooming, but when I do get groomed, I am a very good/well-behaved boy. I am great with other dogs, and being in a home with another dog would likely ease my anxiety! I do not have experience with cats or kiddos, but I think older kiddos would be better.
