Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This big, fun, and funny pupper reminds me of the cartoon character Marmaduke every time I look at him!
Although Sage isn’t as big as a traditional Great Dane, every time I look at him, I see Marmaduke.
Sage is one smart, loving, & playful pup. He’s friendly with everyone, loves children (working on not jumping), is completely house broken (sleeps in my bedroom every night), knows all his basic commands, is about 9 months old, and weighs maybe 50 pounds.
Wonderful Sage (and he really is!) will be great with another active rescue dog - he loves to play!
He loves dog parks and all my other foster dogs from the big ones to the little ones, walks great on a leash, and isn’t a barker or a digger.
He’s such a lover that I think he’d be good even in a smaller place as long as he got a run every day or a dog park to visit.
Of course, Sage is neutered, completely healthy, and I have all his med records.
I LOVE this big silly boy – he’s unique looking, sweet, well-behaved, and amusing! He’s a big goofball!
I'm a firm believer in a” sleepover” -- you can take a pup home to make sure it is a good match for you, the pup, and the rest of your family. The sleepover can be a week, because it's only fair to give everyone time to get to know one another to adapt. We always take our critters back if things don’t work out.
If you want to meet this wonderful pupper (and our other great foster doggies), please call Deborah at 858-602-2061 or email findabestbuddy@gmail.com
