My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is "Chulo". He is 6 months old and he has tan semi-long hair.
Chulo came to us with his roommate "Smokey". You can read about Smokey in his own separate posting.
Chulo and Smokey share the same story. They were both found in someone's yard, but at different times, and were taken in. The people who took them in already had two cats and that is all they were allowed to have. You know the rest ... Chulo and Smokey had to go.
Chulo was about 8 weeks old when he was found and taken in. He is one big boy. Although he is a kitten, but because of his size, we refer to him as a "teenager", not as a kitten or an adult! He is a very furry kitten with a great big bushy tail!
Chulo is a very very nice cat. He would make a great family pet to someone lucky enough to adopt him.
In Chulo's new home, children must be 6 years old or older.
Chulo got neutered, he got his shots and he tested negative for feline leukemia/aids. He already had his rabies shot.
To adopt from us, you MUST have a veterinarian reference in your own name. We will not place any animal without a veterinarian reference. We get a veterinarian reference from your veterinarian which is a history of medical care administered by your veterinarian to your present or previous pet or pets. Please do not contact us if you cannot abide by our adoption rules.
The adoption fee for Chulo is $235.00. No credit cards.
You can meet any of our animals on Saturday at Petco located at 201 Union Street in Waterbury during our adoption hours from 12:00 to 3:00 so, if you are interested in meeting Chulo or a particular animal, please email us at feline55keeper@gmail.com and we will be certain to bring that particular animal with us to Petco on Saturday.
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE STRESS THAT IN ORDER TO ADOPT FROM US, YOU MUST HAVE A VETERINARIAN REFERENCE...NO EXCEPTIONS!
