My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you're looking for a loving, gentle kitty to add to your family, Tux is just the fellow for you. When one of his foster humans gets up in the morning, Tux will come running down the hall, stop, and stand on his hind legs so that his head can be rubbed. That done, he will then have a few pets down the full length of his body. In the evening, he will take as many pets as you can give him. When he's had enough, he'll walk away.

If the human offers Tux their face, there's a good chance it will be nuzzled. Sometimes, Tux will tap a cheek with his paw. In company with his brother, Scoots (with whom he must be adopted), Tux is more than capable of amusing himself during the day. Window screens are a must, in case his plans for the day involve bird watching as well as napping.

Tux was very timid when he arrived. With time and patience, he has become a very social kitty. However, he will run and hide from strangers. Virtual viewings are a must. It may take two of those for him to show himself fully. He's well worth the time though.

Must adopt with Scoots.
