Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Look at beautiful Tessa! She came to the ranch extremely shy and not willing to be touched. She still loved being around people but had never been handled, which terrified her. After being in foster for about a week, she was allowing touch, and now, after about a month, she loves attention of all sorts, even jumping on the bed for morning cuddles! Tessa loves going out on the leash, never pulling, and staying by your side. She now loves to go for car rides and is disappointed if I leave the house without her. She just made a 2-week trip to Oregon and was perfect in the car and at rest stops. She has recently spent some time at our Thrift Store and is willing to meet new people. She is surprisingly confident with new places and things and doesn't startle easily. She learns new things quickly and has become a dog who is eager to please her person. Tessa has a goofy personality that has come out as she has become comfortable around people and in a home. She is a happy girl who cannot walk straight due to her tail always wagging! She also has the cutest tail, which has a pug-like curve and only wags on one side! She would do great at home with other dog friends or by herself. She loves to play with her foster siblings but is also content curling up on a dog bed in my office. Her personality is submissive, and she has had no issues with my dogs. She loves treats and takes them very gently and respectfully. She is well-mannered in the house, and besides the one shoe she decided is hers (it was offered after she showed an interest), she has not tried to destroy anything. Bonus for her adopter - I had her DNA done because I thought she had to be related to one of my other dogs, so that will come along with her adoption!

We want to make sure the new family is a good fit for each dog, we would like to meet the family, and ensure the home is a safe and welcoming place for a new dog.
