When people see me struttin' down the street, I know all eyes are on me. Golden highlights glistening in the sun....my eye liner on point! I radiate happiness to everyone around me. I fit right in at my foster home where I get along with playful doggies and all the peoples. Kids too. You know what I love the most? Giving hugs! Not just any kind but the goodest cuddly kind. Don't we all feel better after a warm hug? I also enjoy being outdoors and fetch games are my jam. Two by Two Rescue requires that you be at least 21 years of age and sign an adoption contract. If you have pets, they must be up to date on vaccines, spayed or neutered, and on heartworm preventative. A vet reference ( if you have pets) is required. If interested in giving one of our pets a permanent home, please take the first step by completing an adoption application

More about this rescue

Two by Two Rescue began in 2002 when two ladies met and began feeding strays in Old Town Helena, Alabama. The rescue has grown to a 501 C (3) volunteer, no-kill organization. Our goal is to save the lives of abandoned, unwanted, and abused animals, and educate the public about responsible pet care. We care for these rescues in private foster homes. Our animals are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped regardless of breed, age, or medical cost. We receive no state funding or government assistance. We survive by the donations of caring people, fund raising, and adoption fees.
