Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hi! Here are some photos of Snowy from the Photos for Fosters event. He did amazing! We’ve been making a lot of progress on skills like walking on a leash, taking treats gently, grooming (loves the nubby gloves, hates the furminator and brushes…becoming a surprisingly good sport about nail trims). He was a perfect gentleman when he met some kids (I would guess aged 4-7 years) at the park. Seems to prefer women over men. Very affectionate and chill…definitely prefers to be a homebody. He’s well behaved in the house and has never chewed anything up that wasn’t his. He is completely uninterested in cats when he’s outside, but I can’t say how he would do with an indoor cat. He’s done well with a small dog (yorkie sized), but he needs slow introductions. He would definitely need a meet-and-greet with any dogs he might be joining in a home, but I think he could be fine with another chill dog his own size. A larger dog tried to intimidate him from a distance at the photo event and he didn’t react at all, but they were both leashed and in a wide open space, so I’m not sure how that would translate to a home environment.
