Hello
My name is Chewy and my age is estimated to be about a year to 1.5 years old.
My story starts out as a pampered indoor fellow. My mom became very ill and could not take care of us anymore. The rescue came and took me in and did all our vet work.
I am a little lover boy ! I love my people and want to be where you are in the house. If you let me on your lap, even better. If not , I am always sleeping right by your feet.
I have been with all size dogs and can hold my own. I love sneaking the stuffed animal away from my friend and having them chase me. I don’t like sharing my treats thou. I usually go hide and enjoy them, so nobody tries to steal them. I am learning to like raw carrots and really like sweet potatoes for a snack. My original foster used a crate with me , which was fine. My new foster has a doggie door and a large fenced in yard. I love it and have had no accidents since I learned how to use the doggie door.
I am neutered , up to date on vaccinations ,micro chipped and heartworm negative. My adoption fee covers a health certificate to travel and transportation from Tennessee.
