We just love Dixie's blaze and her one white sock; what a fashion statement! Dixie is a 30-year-old Mustang who is looking for a loving home where she can live out the rest of her days as a companion to other horses. She enjoys the company of her pasture mates, and you can usually find her tagging along behind them! She isn't too sure about new people, but she's slowly building confidence. We love to watch Dixie go about her business; she likes to pretend she isn't watching us, but we think she's sneaking glances to see what we're up to! Adoptions are completed in person on a first-come, first-served basis (except for large barnyard pets). No appointment is needed for animals at the Adoption Center. You will meet with our adoption counselors to find the best match for you!
