Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Looking for a big cuddly companion? Look no further! Teddy, our gentle giant weighing 80lbs and 3 years old, is ready to steal your heart!
Teddy is a sweetheart who thrives on human companionship. He's already kennel trained and eager to learn more. While he may seem a bit shy at first, it won't take long for him to cozy up to you with plenty of tail wags and slobbery kisses!
One thing to note about Teddy is his enthusiasm - he's a jumper! But don't worry, he's learning his manners and with a little guidance, he'll be the perfect gentleman. He's great with kids, although his excitement might lead to some jumping, so supervision is key. And while he's curious about cats, he's more intrigued than aggressive.
Teddy's intelligence shines through in his awareness of his surroundings. He's a quick learner and would thrive in an active household where he can join in on adventures. He craves human interaction, so a home where someone is around often would be ideal.
If you're ready to welcome this big bundle of joy into your life, Teddy is waiting to steal your heart! Adopt him today and get ready for a lifetime of love, cuddles, and fun-filled adventures!
Teddy is currently located at our Halfway Hub in Minnesota. All H3 dogs, including Teddy, are available for adoption throughout the USA, except for Hawaii and Alaska. We offer transportation services directly to your door upon approval of your application.

More about this shelter
We are committed and wholeheartedly dedicated to providing family and emergency services involving rescuing, sheltering, fostering, vetting, adoption and transportation of
"at risk" or "death row" husky and other large dog breeds.
Our goal is to not only provide these services in larger facilities than we currently have but also to use our resources to educate and raise public awareness on the benefits of properly caring for and keeping their pets and/or adopting from shelters and not shopping from breeders.
Our mission is to share our knowledge on the pro's of spay and neuter, the cons of backyard breeding and provide sound advice and services that help the community manage their day to day with their furry family members. Together, we can greatly reduce the number of unaltered, unvaccinated animals in our communities and put a dent in the homeless population by providing access to family services as well as spay, neuter and chip id programs.
