Introducing Circe, our beautiful hound mix who's ready to find her forever family! Weighing in at 46 pounds, this lovely lady has been with our rescue since she was a puppy and is part of our prestigious Superdog Program.

WOW she is chill. Sweet. Lovely! Soft! Dog friendly, no reaction at all to the intro, great on leash, great in cars. She's perfect, defies all the assumptions adopters would have about boarding dogs. Her canine good citizen training shines through with chill temperament and obedience to commands.

Circe's journey hasn't been easy. She and her littermates had a rough start, having been dumped in a city dumpster and rescued by the police. With no resources available at the local shelter, we welcomed them into our care. Despite her challenging beginnings, Circe has thrived and blossomed into a sweet, friendly, and playful dog.

This smart and energetic girl loves to play with other dogs, both big and small, and has a special fondness for kids. She's always ready for a game of fetch or a romp in the yard, making her a delightful companion for an active family.

Circe does have a unique feature: a sunken-in eye that doesn't function, affecting her peripheral vision on one side. This initially caused her a bit of anxiety, but through training and lots of love, she's gained confidence and learned that it doesn't hold her back. Now, she hardly notices it, and neither will you once you see how happy and playful she is.
