My name is Sequoia!

Sequoia had her puppies alone, in the woods. She and her puppies were caught by KC Dog Trappers and taken to KC Pet Project who called us to see if we could help. We took in the family and cared for momma and all 8 puppies. They were the National Park Puppies. The puppies were all adopted last spring but momma is still waiting for a home.

Sequoia has a heart of gold. She loves to be with her human or her doggie BFF. She is on the shy side and submissive. She relies on her BFF to understand the world and know how to be a dog. She has made great strides in the last couple of months and is emerging from her shell. She walks great on the leash and loves to be outside. She is potty trained and uses the doggie door. She occasionally brings us gifts in the way of bunnies and squirrels. She would do best in a home with another dog that she can bond with.
