Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Please welcome Polar to the 4 PAWS family! Polar came into our care shortly after we rescued her mother, Maggie (who has since found her forever home). Polar is now a lively 12-week-old pup, and we think she's a Terrier/Chi mix with a striking resemblance to her mom, Maggie. She weighs approximately 2-3 lbs and is up-to-date on her age-appropriate vaccinations. She's also well-versed in crate training.
Polar is a bundle of energy and adores playtime with other dogs. She's likely to thrive in a household with older children, although we haven't had a chance to test her with cats. As a puppy, Polar will need time to adjust to her new home and its expectations. Her future family should be aware that pet ownership is a lifelong commitment, requiring daily exercise, ongoing training, and socialization.
If you're considering adopting Polar, we request that you DO NOT CALL us. Instead, please complete an online application on 4 Paws Animal Rescue's website at www.4pawz.org. We verify the care of past/current pets. Our primary goal is to find the very best homes for all our dogs and cats. As such, we reserve the right to approve or deny adoption applications based on our determination of what's in the pet's best interest.
