My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Barney came to Helping Hands with his companion Chole. Their owner couldn't care for them anymore and asked us to take them both and find them a new loving home.

Barney is ~8 years old, neutered male, in good health, up-to-date on his shots and microchipped. He weighs 56 lbs.

Barney gets along with other dogs and enjoys being around people. He is your typical basset guy -- loves to sniff and run and play. His foster family says he loves to play ball.but, he also enjoys his couch time.

We would like to keep Barney and Chole together if possible.
