My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Parker has been described as the "perfect dog" and he seems to live up to that description in so many ways. Even though he is listed as a border collie mix, he has a sweet, calm temperament that endears him to everyone he meets.

Parker has been tested with cats and dogs and he did well with both. He was rescued from a shelter in Lexington, SC, and his SC foster had dogs and cats in her home as well, and Parker seemed to fit right in. In the home, he has perfect manners and has shown no destructive tendencies. He is housebroken and crate trained--and walks well on a leash. If you ask Parker, he'll say he checks all the adoption boxes! And he's smart enough to tell you that!

As for vetting, he is fully vaccinated, neutered, heartworm negative and dewormed. At 46 pounds and only about 15 months old, he is a superstar in dogdom and will make an excellent family addition.
