Hi there I'm Alton and I'd love to be your new best buddy. I enjoy playing with other dogs and being around human family as well. I am a good boy and do fine in a crate and my foster parent says I am house trained as well. I know how to sit and I listen when you call me. I will listen to go in my crate when you tell me to but I really enjoy the outdoors. My favorite spot is laying on the porch or stretching out in the sun in the soft grass. I do need to work on my leash walking skills. I get excited and pull a little bit but I promise if you take me on walks to work on that. I would love to meet you and have a family to call my own
Alton's adoption fee is $400. plus MN tax which covers his neuter, vaccines, microchip and any additional medical care he may have needed while in the rescue's care. We are a foster based rescue, we do not house dogs at a facility. Age and breed are NLR's best guess as we often don't know who or what mom and dad are. Our Vision is to be a voice for those who are voiceless. We hear them with our hearts and give them a voice. Looking into the eyes of a rescued animal will speak volumes; watching those eyes light up will have an everlasting impact on you and the rescued animals.
We aren’t a typical rescue as we don’t take in dogs and put them in kennels until they’re adopted. All dogs we rescue are placed in loving foster homes that teach them to be the best dog they can be.
Our journey doesn’t end with adoption, either. We are here for you to support you in integrating your new member into your home, cheer new triumphs, and help with struggles.
