Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Toby is Adopted
Toby is currently fostered in Mentor Ohio, and his adoption fee/donation is $300
Toby is a beautiful Red male cocker spaniel.
He came into our rescue from a shelter in Toledo Ohio.
He has been with us for a few months now, and we have learned a lot about him.
He is a super super sweet boy, and is also very smart.
He is great with other dogs, but is not good with cats.
He is house-trained and crate trained, and does well walking on a leash.
He does have some quirky behaviors that are very manageable for a “Cocker Savy” owner.
He takes time to get comfortable with people, and he can be a bit grumbly at first.
He is not fond of being picked up, especially if it is by someone he doesn’t know.
His foster is able to pick him up now that he is comfortable with her. T
he vet has to muzzle him because he is very fearful when being there with strangers.
This is not that uncommon in some dogs, they just do not do well at the veterinarian.
Toby also likes to eat things that he shouldn’t, so you have to keep things off the floor, and out of his reach.
Overall, Toby is a very nice boy, his foster says he is such a sweet boy, and he is so deserving of a home/family of his own.
Toby is neutered and up to date on vaccines and heart worm tested negative.
