My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! I'm Norman, and I'm on the lookout for a special home. I know how to sit and I love going for car rides-there's something so exciting about feeling the wind on my fur! Water is another one of my favorites; whether it's a splash in the kiddie pool or a dip in a lake, I'm all in! I can be a bit timid when meeting new people, so I need a little extra time to warm up. Because of that, I'd prefer a home without kids. I do enjoy cuddling up and feeling safe next to my humans. I also love toys, but I can be a bit protective over them, so I might need some guidance in sharing. I could use some leash training to help me feel more confident on our walks. If you're patient and understanding, I'm ready to build a trusting bond and share many happy moments together!

If you are interested in adopting a dog from us please visit our website adoptions page to complete an adoption application. at www.bdrr.org/adopt. This will help us make sure we find you the right dog to fit your situation and family. Once you have completed the application, we will contact you to let you know you have been approved and then you will be able to set up an appointment to come and meet dogs you are interested in. Our adoption fees range depending on the dog's breed, age and other factors.
