Sweet senior Zuko is an amazing, loving, loyal dog who was adopted as a puppy but surrendered as a senior. when his previous owners had a new baby and did not have time for him. He started living outside in a small area of the townhome, and eventually his former petwalker had them surrender him to our rescue.

Zuko is a very sweet, calm, extremely loving big baby, who is still active at 10. He is also very obedient, housebroken, extremely intelligent, and gorgeous.

Zuko is not good with small dogs or cats due to prey drive. We prefer a home without other pets for him.

He will do great in a quiet home as an only pup, spoiled by his parents. He loves people and is very velcro. He likes to sleep in his foster parents' bedroom at night, and hangs out by their window during the day. He gets walked twice a day and he loves his foster siblings who are 7 and 14 years old.

Zuko came to us with ear infection from living outside in the rain, but he is now on the mend and we will be sending him home with the medication.

Zuko is about 10 years old, 46 lb, has all his shots, and is neutered, microchipped and heartworm negative. He is kept on heartworm and flea preventative. He is being fostered in Texas, but can travel to many states and even Canada.
