Hello, my name is Booger, a spirited 1 1/2-year-old lab mix with a touching story. Imagine this: a group of us, including me, discovered in the middle of an Alabama road. Luckily, a kind-hearted individual rescued us and brought us to Big Dog Ranch to start fresh and find our permanent homes. Sadly, a year has gone by, and though I'm no longer a puppy, I still possess a puppy's energy and am patiently waiting for my chance to find a home. I'm grateful for my time here, but the thought of having a home of my own fills me with dreams and hope.

This will help us make sure we find you the right dog to fit your situation and family. Once you have completed the application, we will contact you to let you know you have been approved and then you will be able to set up an appointment to come and meet dogs you are interested in. Our adoption fees range depending on the dog's breed, age and other factors.
