Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Cotton!
This silky white Labrador mix is as soft as can be!
Cotton is your stereotypical Labrador Retriever: he's got a mountain of energy, he's raring to go, and he needs constant cuddles. All that fluff needs pets, scratches, and big hugs!
Cotton will require an experienced dog-owning family, older children only, a lot of patience, and confidence building.
Cotton is a big boy and wants to use his big body to play, have fun, and run around! So he would do best in a household with no small or young children. If you do have young children please exercise patience with them and Cotton, slow introductions and gradual exposure.
In return you will be adopting the most melty, heart-gushing, kisses giving, big ole goofball of a Lab you'll ever meet!
Once Cotton feels safe and comfortable, he really comes into his own self and personality! He loves cuddling up, giving kisses, lots of playtime with other dogs, and relaxing!
Cotton is a lover that'll be stuck to you like velcro! Seriously, you might have some trouble trying to pull him off you! This big loverboy has so much love to give and is looking for a family to give him all that love back!
Hurry up and fill out that application! Cotton will be a howlin' good companion for you and your family!
Local adoption fee is $200 (in Massachusetts)

Additional adoption info
Adoption application required.
Adoptions applications are checked by contacting references and veterinarians of those with pets to ensure our pups go to the best homes possible. We work hard to place dogs into the right families, but sometimes we realize the fit isn't quite working out for the adopter or the pet..
If an adoption does not work out and we have room to take the dog back into the rescue, we will. However, the sheer number of needy animals in TX usually means we become full quickly after the dog is adopted. So, in those cases we will post the animal locally, and help the adopter screen applicants and facilitate finding another adoptive home for the pet in your area.

We are a TEXAS based rescue who transport regularly to this area. Our dogs are in TEXAS and will be transported to you if you adopt from us.
Our pets are posted on our website, and most live in homes with their fosters. We live with our foster dogs to get to know them in a home setting and to let them know that life can be good away from the streets.
We work to correct poor behaviors, teach manners and observe each dogs particular quirks and personalities so we can give accurate observations of the dogs you are interested in.
We know that dogs will sometimes behave differently with different people but we can give you our impressions of our pups and situations they have been in.
