My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Dumplin and I'm about 18 months old. I was found with my mother and siblings as a stray when I was 5 days old, and taken into a Bond County Humane Society foster home for several weeks. My foster mom said I am shy and timid, so it takes me a while to get used to new people. I lived in the shelter for several months, but now I am in a foster home again, where there aren't as many young kittens to jump on me. I like to play with toys. The furry ones are fun to carry around! I am available for immediate adoption. I am spayed, UTD on vaccinations, tested for FeLV/FIV, treated for internal and external parasites and micro chipped. My adoption fee has been sponsored by an individual. If you are interested in making me a member of your family please complete an Adoption Profile in person or on-line at www.bondcohumane.org . Additional adoption info

Our adoption process requires the completion and approval of an adopter's profile form. This form can be obtained in person or on-line at our web site, www.bondcohs.petfinder.com. It can be completed and e-mailed to the address provided for review. We have a standard adoption agreement. Dog adoption fees vary depending on breed, and age of dog. They generally range from $125 to $250. Cat adoption fees are $90 for kittens (under 1 year of age), $55 for adult cats that have been housed at the shelter for 1 year or less. Adoption fees for cats that have been housed at the shelter for multiple years are by donation.

We conduct off-site adoptions on Saturdays at the following locations:

PETCO - Fairview Heights, IL
Every Saturday, 11-3 (except holiday weekends)

Shelter hours are 1-5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Sunday is ONLY by appointment.
