Sweet Scout is ready for his new home! Scout came to NY with his mom & sister (Juneau & Jolie) in hopes to find his forever home. Scout is 6 months old and weighs about 23 pounds. He is a scruffy little terrier mix!

Scout is an amazing dog with an incredibly gentle and well-behaved nature. He loves to play and can be quite energetic during playtime, but he always maintains his gentle demeanor towards people. Although he can be a bit shy, he has a heart of gold and always seems to be concerned about making his humans happy. We constantly praise him for being such a good boy, hoping it will help build his confidence.

Scout is also quite social with other animals, as he gets along well with the dogs in his foster home and doesn't seem to mind the cats he met briefly. He is crate trained and doesn't fuss much, often preferring to snuggle with another dog for comfort. He appears to be housetrained, but as he adjusts to a new routine, there might be some accidents.

Scout is lucky to have a fully fenced yard in his foster home, which he loves to explore and play in. However, he also loves to snuggle up in comfy beds and blankets. It's worth noting that Scout is not yet leash trained, so his new family will need to be patient and practice with him.

Finally, Scout would love to live with another dog in his new home, but it's not a requirement as long as he receives plenty of love and attention. He is such a wonderful dog, and we know that he will bring joy and love to any family that is lucky enough to adopt him.

Scout is neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm. His adoption fee is $450
