Meet Skye! Skye is a beautiful 5-year-old Siberian husky. She found herself in a shelter with no fault of her own. NESHR stepped in and she’s currently doing well in her foster home.
Skye is a shy and nervous girl but once she feels safe and trusts you, look out her fun cute personality shines!
She will need a savvy Siberian husky owner and prefers a calm dog to buddy around with. She can also react nervous when grabbed unexpectedly. We recommend letting her drag a leash for corrections until she is familiar with what you expect. She would do best in a home without young children and an adopter who will introduce to guests slowly. She will need to be active because exercise helps her relax. She is a digger therefore a sturdy fence that she can’t go under or over is a MUST!
