Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Clora is a very pretty and petite girl. She goes by Cricket- she jumps & can open doors & has a funny little voice. She is sweet, playful, frisky and very smart. She thrives in a home with other cats and would do well around children. She would not do well as a single pet, as she enjoys and relies on the other cats for companionship, snuggles and play. Her favorite activities are eating, and playing fetch. Clora was born in someone's backyard in 2022 with her siblings. She was the tiniest of her litter, but has always been adventuresome, high energy, playful, friendly and the first to investigate everything. She loves toys! Clora has recently lost her home (11/2024) where she has been living with her siblings due to a personal family matter, and is sad to be back in our care. We are looking for an urgent foster or forever home with at least one other young and playful cat.

Due to COVID-19, we are not currently holding in-person adoption events. Most of our cats are in foster homes and we are doing virtual meet-and-greets with them.
We also have adoptable cats at our two partner cat cafes – CatCafe Lounge (https://www.catcafelounge.com/) in West Los Angeles and Cat Therapy (https://www.cattherapysb.com/) in Santa Barbara. You can make a reservation on their websites, or we can arrange a meeting by appointment once you have filled-out our application and spoken to our team.

More about this rescue
Stray Cat Alliance is a non-profit organization focused on educating and empowering communities to advocate for every cat’s right to be safe, healthy, and valued. Everyday, our team works to save the helpless lives of kittens and cats by providing: spay/neuter, trap-neuter-return (TNR), adoptions, wellness care, medical care, and community shelter support. Our goals are to:
-Eradicate cruelty toward cats through advocacy, rescue, and education.
-Find loving forever homes for cats and kittens taken in through all of our programs.
-Help shelters transform from executioners to safe havens for cats by implementing SCA’s life-saving policies and procedures.
-Educate the community about the plight of free‐roaming cats and empower people to take action to stop population growth through spay and neuter.
-Create and sustain a No-Kill Nation by mentoring other communities to become no-kill through our grassroots programs.
Stray Cat Alliance envisions a time when all cats are valued and safe whether in homes or communities, and when shelters serve as temporary safe havens.
