Here's what the humans have to say about me:
🐶Meet Copper! 🐾Are you looking for a furry friend who's a perfect blend of playful energy and snuggle time? Look no further than Copper, our charming 1-year-old mixed breed who's around 35 pounds of pure joy. Copper is not only vaccinated and heartworm negative, but he also comes with a heart full of love to share. Copper's playful spirit is infectious, and he's always up for a game of fetch or a romp in the park. He adores human companionship and thrives when he's surrounded by his people. Whether it's a walk around the neighborhood or a cozy cuddle session on the couch, Copper is your go-to companion. While Copper might be a bit shy around new dogs, he quickly warms up and forms strong bonds once he gets to know them. He was adopted as a puppy but, due to unforeseen circumstances, found himself back with us. This experience has made him a bit cautious initially, but with your patient and loving approach, he'll soon become your most loyal friend. Copper is kennel trained and house trained, making him an excellent addition to any home. His love for walks makes him the perfect adventure partner, and when the day winds down, he's more than ready to snuggle up and shower you with affection. If you're ready to open your heart and home to a pup who's a bundle of cuddles and joy, Copper is waiting to meet you. Come visit Copper and see for yourself how quickly he'll steal your heart! 🐕❤️

More about this rescue
We are a 501(c)3 that specializes in harder to adopt dogs. The dogs we bring into our care have been over looked for the color of their fur, a disability or sadly because of their breed. We do not discriminate when we save a dogs life, from the smallest dog to the biggest dog, If they are being overlooked, we will help them. We don't generally have puppies but on occasion we will be needed to help pregnant moms or moms that have already given birth.
Our goal is to help these overlooked dogs find happiness and love for the rest of their lives.
Seniors have a very special place in our hearts as well. These dogs were once part of a family and were abandoned for being "old".
We will continue in our journey until all paws are home.
