Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This poor little guy was abandoned in terrible shape. He was so emaciated, he was so hungry and looking for a savior. Chance was grateful that a good Samaritan took him in and nurtured him back to health.
Of course, his owner never claimed him so Chance was surrendered to us so we could provide the care needed and find him the loving forever home he deserves.
Chance is now around 6 months old and weighs 32 lbs. Once fully grown he should be around 50 lbs. We suspect Chance is a Boxer and American Staffordshire Terrier mix, he may have some Labrador Retriever in him as well.
Chance is such a sweet puppy. He enjoys playing with the other dogs at his foster home. He loves chewing on his chew toys and tossing around the stuffies.
He just started taking walks and enjoys them, but still needs more work with leash-training.
Nothing makes this boy happier than getting to cuddle with his fur-friends and his humans.
Chance is house-trained, crate-trained (not a big fan but will tolerate it), he sits on command and is pretty good with recall.
Chance just started with the puppy vaccines and will need another round at the end of October. He is micro-chipped.
Due to the horrible emaciated condition he was found in, he should not get neutered until he is around a year old. That will allow his body to catch up and also will allow his growth plates to close accordingly.
We will require an $100 neuter deposit that can be applied towards his surgery at our vet (Laurel) or it will be refunded once he is neutered at your vet.
Chance is a happy and healthy little guy who deserves his own loving forever home.
