Arthur is a shy guy who loves to have his chin and cheeks scratched. It takes him a while to settle in, but once he feels comfortable, he'll reward you with a biiiiig kitty stretch and flops over for belly rubs. He is also a professional air biscuit maker. He is currently being fostered with a litter of kittens (no relation) and he absolutely adores the little ones! Arthur loves his human foster mom but would probably be most interested in an home with a feline buddy. Arthur is fixed and up-to-date on his shots. Adopt Arthur!
