Charming, Playful Kitty

Meet Elijah, a playful and charming black cat! This feline friend is a bundle of energy, known for their lively and spirited personality. He is always ready to pounce on toys, engage in interactive play, and fill your home with laughter. With their sleek black fur and inquisitive nature, Elijah is not only a joy to be around but also a striking addition to any household. He has never been around kids or dogs but because of his playful personality i think he would be comfortable and he is comfortable around other cats. He loves to cuddle and sleep and lets me lift him up. He is not at all aggressive and lets me cut his nails as well. He is very calm and tolerates the vet visits as well. Solution to every problem for him is a toy like small rats or something with a bell or feather. He is vaccinated and microchipped and is perfectly healthy. He is a bit scared of strangers but will come to say hi sometime.

He is an indoor cat

Litter box habits: Elijah has never had any litter accidents and we keep only one litter box for him which is cleaned every day.

Our application is available on our website or at our adoption fairs. We do deliveries of our cats to their new homes to help ensure a successful transition.

We hold adoption fairs at Petsmart Campbell (CA) almost every Saturday, noon to 4pm; as well as at Petsmart Coleman (San Jose, CA) on one weekend a month.

More about this rescue

13th Street Cats is an all volunteer organization dedicated to improving the lives of feral and social cats and reducing the population by TNR – Trap, Neuter, Return in Santa Clara County. Kittens and cats that can be socialized are taken into foster care while waiting adoption. With a no kill philosophy, 13th St Cats is pleased to be able to rescue these homeless animals who might otherwise end up in a local kill shelter, helping to reduce euthanasia rates.
