Rose came to us 9-22-23 from the City of Bakersfield Animal Care Center. She is approximately 8 years old and hears everything.

Hey! I'm Dorothy. The eldest of the Golden Girls trio. And I'm kinda the boss lady around here. I always get prime seating and the best beds. Why? Because I say so and these younger girls should respect their elders. When the human is around, I should be getting the most pets and the most treats. Why? Because I've done my time, and I deserve it most. When the younger girls try to question me, I just show em my teeth and tell em to mind their own. For fun I like to chew on a bone in the sun, roll around in the grass, groom myself, or take a nice long nap in a comfy spot. And I think I'll go do that now actually.
