My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Blanche came to us 9-22-23 from the City of Bakersfield Animal Care Center. She is approximately 6 years old and super chill.

Why hello, I'm Blanche. One-third of the Golden Girls trio here at the ranch. I may look prim and proper and be named after the high maintenance Golden Girl, but don't let that fool you. I'm the chillest lady here. I'm very laid back and mellow. I'm not really interested in playing with the other pups or toys and don't make much fuss, I just love to relax and enjoy my quiet time. When the humans are around, I love to cuddle up to them and flop over for some belly rubs. Some times if I don't get any rubs, I'll look right at ya and curse you out with a few barks and then carry on my own way, to most likely take a nap. The only things I really get excited for are treats and those belly rubs. So, if you have neither of those for me now then I'll be on my way to my bed for a snooze. When you've got some ready for me, let me know.
