Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is Rex. Rex is only 1 and has a had a very hard life so far. First, he was hit by a car in Louisiana and had a shattered pelvis. While he had surgery to repair it, he eventually broke his rear right leg when he misstepped and had to have a second surgery to repair that. Despite all of this, Rex has not allowed it to depress him. He is a happy, bouncy dog who is not happy having to be on crate rest for another several weeks. Rex loves everyone he meets and wants to jump and hug and roll over for belly rubs. Rex may be a medium sized boy, but he is strong and hyper, so he would likely do best in a home without small children who could be knocked down. Rex knows how to walk on leash, but his a strong puller. While he enjoys playing with other dogs, he prefers females to males. He does not like to share his food or treats with them, however. Will you be his hero and give him a chance to have a normal life?
