Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
We welcomed George to Pets Alive at the end of September after he was spotted wandering around Sullivan County all alone. Huge thanks to the wonderful people who spotted a lone baby goat, tracked his patterns, and safely wrangled him! Thanks to their hard work and George's bravery, George is safe and warm in our care!
George was terrified when he first arrived and would run away every time we came close. After a couple of months of tender love and care, George has really started to come out of his shell!
George loves nothing more than finding a tall perch to jump up to and bopping around like the playful young goat he is! He can often be found hopping all over the small playground we set up for him in his stall. He's like the energizer bunny of goats! George has gotten comfy enough to eat his meals right out of our hands, so we know that with a little love and care, he will thrive in a herd of goat friends (or sheep and mini horses--George has made friends with both in our care)!
