Hi there, I'm Sawyer, now almost 2 years old and with Big Dog Ranch since July 2023 when I was still a puppy. I often wonder why it takes so long for a good dog like me to find a home.

Despite my journey starting in a high-kill shelter, I've grown into a young, resilient mixed breed with a heart full of hope and love. I've got fantastic social skills with other dogs, especially when playing with ones of my size or smaller. My leash manners are impeccable, and I greet everyone with a warm, wagging tail.

I'm a sweetheart who loves cuddles and belly rubs, and I'm always ready to make cozy moments special. If you're searching for a loyal and affectionate friend who gets along well with both dogs and humans, I'm your guy.

If you are interested in adopting a dog from us please visit our website adoptions page to complete an adoption application. at www.bdrr.org/adopt. This will help us make sure we find you the right dog to fit your situation and family. Once you have completed the application, we will contact you to let you know you have been approved and then you will be able to set up an appointment to come and meet dogs you are interested in. Our adoption fees range depending on the dog's breed, age and other factors.
