Good'ay!! My name is Maverick! I'm your buddy, your pal, your exercise partner, and your 24/7 treadmill guy! I am full of energy , play and fun and ready to go on a ten mile run! I am crate, house and kennel trained. I know sit and am learning 'down, stay, crate and 'no'' I like to chase balls and play keep away. I also like to counter surf and play keep away with whatever objects I find laying about. I respond to love and patience and will need a kind, firm, alpha to help me be the best that I can be. I am ok on leash walking with a stroller or alone, but with other dogs I will need more training -- obedience classes would be so fun; I love to make you happy. I need a large dog, preferable northern breed, experienced owner and will need someone with 'goofy teen-husky' savvy. I'm doing well stroller walking and going to the park with my foster mom, and want to continue my training!

I am good with small children but need patience with my happy level since I will still jump if not monitored at first :-). No small dogs or cats please though, pretty please! I look forward to meeting my right FOREVER home!
