My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Shirley! Shirley is a calm, cool, and collected cat who is always looking for a cozy spot in the sun. She did a wonderful job with her five kittens and is ready to find a home of her own!

Shirley would thrive in a calm household. Her perfect home will be looking for a cat who loves to take naps and Play with toys. Her favorite things to do include window-watching and asking for treats.

In her foster home, Shirley gets along with other cats.

Shirley's kittens are: Tracy, Keith, Danny and Christopher

If Shirley sounds like she would make a great new family member, email us at orphanedkittycorner@gmail.com or fill out an application at https://forms.gle/BewoPqRU2vZxQE7bA.

More about this rescue

Orphaned-Kitty Corner has a mission to keep kittens out of local shelters by creating a community of people dedicated to improving the lives and welfare of kittens through innovative care and education programs. We provide advanced care to neonatal and weaned kittens at our headquarters in Danville, IL, and in our foster homes.

Our goal is to keep kittens out of animal shelters and animal control facilities where there may be fewer resources to care for this vulnerable population. We provide advanced and round-the-clock care, ensuring that each kitten is spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and given preventatives prior to being adopted.

We are proud to collaborate with our community and several public and private shelters in Illinois to give kittens the best chance at a healthy beginning.

Orphaned Kitty-Corner is a 501(c)3 Charitable Organization.
