My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐾Meet Drake! 🐶Age: 8 years Health: Heartworm positive (undergoing treatment), neutered, vaccinated Personality: Drake is an absolute sweetheart who adores people. His favorite pastime? Cuddling up with you on the coziest of soft beds, preferably wrapped in a snug blanket. He's a true lover of leisure, and he's also a big fan of going for leisurely walks. Social Skills: Drake is not only good with other dogs but also gets along famously with cats. He's a true social butterfly who knows how to share his space with all kinds of furry friends. Special Needs: Drake requires special food to support his urinary health, but with a little extra care in his diet, he's ready to enjoy life to the fullest. Adoption Note: If you're looking for a companion who's equally content lounging around as he is going on leisurely strolls, Drake is your guy. His affectionate nature and love for snuggles will fill your home with warmth and joy. Don't miss the chance to give Drake the loving forever home he deserves. Come meet this lovable boy and discover the joys of having a furry friend who knows how to appreciate the finer things in life. 🏡🐾❤️

More about this rescue

We are a 501(c)3 that specializes in harder to adopt dogs. The dogs we bring into our care have been over looked for the color of their fur, a disability or sadly because of their breed. We do not discriminate when we save a dogs life, from the smallest dog to the biggest dog, If they are being overlooked, we will help them. We don't generally have puppies but on occasion we will be needed to help pregnant moms or moms that have already given birth.
Our goal is to help these overlooked dogs find happiness and love for the rest of their lives.
Seniors have a very special place in our hearts as well. These dogs were once part of a family and were abandoned for being "old".
We will continue in our journey until all paws are home.
