Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Fauna up for adoption: will be available after November 2, 2023.
Fauna is a former puppy mill mama who came to Cavalier Rescue Coalition in September 2023 and is currently being fostered in suburban Maryland.
She is a beautiful, Ruby girl about 5 years old and 18 pounds who loves to cuddle. She is very bright and is fully potty trained. She follows her foster mom around the house and likes to sleep in bed with everyone at night.
Although Fauna gets along well with the family dogs and cat, she will do best as an only dog or ‘Alpha’ in her forever home. Her favorite spot is snuggled up or a lap, while being petted. Fauna will walk with a halter and leash but really enjoys the freedom of a fenced yard. She likes to explore the yard and sit in the sun.
Fauna plays a little but is still learning how to be in a caring home and sometimes gets frightened by sudden movements. Fauna quickly learned the household schedule and takes her cues from the family for meals, potty, and bedtime. Fauna loves treats and eats her food, but she is not food-aggressive or particularly food-motivated. Her favorite is being told ‘good girl’ and getting pets in praise for good behavior.
Medically, Fauna has no heart or patella issues. Fauna uses the stairs and hasn’t demonstrated any physical problems. She will jump on the couch by herself but likes to be carried and placed on the floor, rather than hopping down. She had an annual exam in September and is current on all shots. She will be spayed and have dental work on November 2, 2023. The mill shaved her coat, but it is starting to come back in beautifully!
