Mr. Baxter is a sweet soul. Shortly after we got him to the shelter we found out he is vision and hearing impared. But that doesnt slow him down. He loves to follow you as much as he can and he loves all the attention he can get (expecially if you have treats or peanut butter) He loves back scratches and you will win his heart for sure with those. He is a senior dog and will need someone who is familiar with the vision and hearing impairment. Baxter is housebroken and will let you knoiw when he needs to go outside.
