My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Mirabel! Mirabel was rescued as part of an animal control seizure. She was found with a multitude of other rabbits living in horrible conditions. She is a beautiful bunny who looks a lot like a wild cottontail!

Mirabel needs a very special foster or adoptive home. Due to her experiences in the past she is extremely shy and fearful of people. However, we have worked slowly with her and she has made great strides. You can tell she WANTS to trust but she is just fighting past demons. She needs a foster or adopter who is willing to work with her slowly and at her own pace. She would need a quiet household and someone with a kind, patient and gentle nature. We believe bunnies like Mirabel can find happiness and we are dedicated to finding her the right situation no matter how long it takes. It would be great for Mirabel to either find a home or foster to work with her or she would be great as a companion to a more confident bunny.
