Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hey there my name is Coco; I am a 3 year old beautiful Brittany mix with a tail! But hey don’t let that deter you from reading on as I am one special girl who has fallen on some difficult times. You see my prior owner had to go into a nursing home and couldn’t keep me, so I ended up at the shelter boy was I scared then ABR came to my rescue thank goodness…. now I am enjoying all the comforts of “home life” again. My foster mom tells me what a good girl I am (which I already know), she says whoever adopts me is going to be one lucky person!
I am a little unsure when meeting new people but if you get down to my level I can’t resist coming over to make a new friend. I am doing great with the two resident brittanys here at my foster home but not sure how I am with cats as I have never lived with one. My prior owner says I am good with kids but there are none here in my foster home. I am very calm in the house but love, love, love the yard here which is physically fenced so I can run and play ball or just hang out with my people. I am a HUGE attention hound if you sit down I curl up with you real tight for some lovin’ I will gently give you Brittany hugs and kisses and thump my tail to tell you how happy I am just to be with you!
I am housebroken and have free reign of the house here at my foster home (as I don’t care for that crate) and am doing great. I come when called and sit like a little lady for my treats. I ride well in the car, walk nice on leash and have gotten a bath, blow dry, nail trim and ear cleaning loving every minute of it. Did I tell you I LOVE ATTENTION? So what are you waiting for fill out our online adoption application at www.americanbrittanyrescue.org and come to see me soon…..
History – Coco was turned into a shelter when her owner was placed into a nursing home. She is spayed, up to date on shots, heartworm negative and will be microchipped prior to adoption.
