Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kramer is a handsome guy but what we would consider semi-feral. He will not immediately hiss and growl at you but he also makes it very clear he is terrified and does not want to be touched. If you pursue/insist, he will run, if you corner him then he will resort to hissing (and potentially whapping). He is very comfortable with other cats. Do you have a barn or a shed in need of attractive rodent control? Please consider Kramer!

More about this shelter
The Animal Protection League of SC is a 501(c)(3) charitable, non-profit, no-kill, humane organization, founded in 1982. Our goal has been to provide a safe haven for the community’s abused and abandoned dogs and cats, and place them in permanent loving homes.
No pet in our facility is ever euthanized for being too old, or the wrong color, or not perfect, or because it has been here too long, or just to make room.
We are the recipient of the Secretary of State Angel Award for exemplary performance as a charitable organization.
We are a group of volunteers, from young adults to retirees, who have a passion for helping find each homeless pet its forever home.
We are all pet owners. One of our members has 12 dogs and 6 cats, every one of them a rescue. But that is not the record, one of our since passed on members at one time had over 20 dogs, and every one was a rescue. One of our members tends to a colony of feral cats, all of which have been spayed or neutered.
Our backgrounds are in Finance, Insurance, Law, Nursing, Paramedic, Retail Management, Military, Education, and Computer Science.
