Sawyer could easily have been named Chatty Charlie! He is highly vocal and very friendly. If you are wanting a cat that will chatter and carry on a conversation with you, Sawyer is your man! He has that wonderful chirp or trill that Maine Coons are known for. Sawyer is a very confident kitty, not at all shy, and is quite gregarious. He greets his foster mom when she enters the room and adores attention. An added treat is that Sawyer does well with other cats of all ages and both genders. He is quite fond of kittens. (Check out his video!)

Sawyer has not been around dogs while in foster care but the person who rescued him said he is "leery" of dogs especially rowdy ones. Sawyer was an outdoor cat at that time. He may be ok with quieter dogs in an inside environment and can be dog tested if requested. He does well with older, respectful children. Sawyer has a healthy appetite and great litterbox habits. He has blossomed since becoming a strictly indoor kitty in early September. His foster believes his coat will continue to fluff up; it's already incredibly soft. Sawyer is a dear kitty who will bring fun, love and joy to whatever family is fortunate enough to get him. Might that be you??
