NAHLA means "queen" and "lion" in an African language. She was named when she came to Maine Coon Rescue so we are not sure if the name was assigned for its meaning or the melodic sound. Regardless, NAHLA is a beautiful medium sized lady with an amazing gentle personality. She is a lap cat who craves stroking and attention. She does well with other friendly cats and definitely has no desire to be the alpha. NAHLA will do best in a calm and relatively quiet household and does well with respectful children. She is healthy, has excellent litterbox habits and a healthy appetite. NAHLA will be shy at first but with proper introduction to her new surroundings she will quickly warm up asking for a lap and petting. She had a rough life (no physical abuse) with her previous human so NAHLA anxiously awaits the family who will cherish and love her.
