Meet Duke, a young and affectionate Hound mix with a heartwarming story. Duke made his way to Big Dog Ranch Rescue after being abandoned in South Carolina and is now searching for a loving forever home in Alabama. He's loving towards all humans and enjoys the company of other dogs in a large play yard, although he's still learning to play more gently. Duke is also in the process of learning to walk well on a leash, showing enthusiasm for progress. He's eager to learn his basic commands and is most delighted during dinner time. If you're seeking an affectionate and trainable companion who's on a journey of socialization, meet Duke at Big Dog Ranch Rescue and welcome him into your family

If you are interested in adopting a dog from us please visit our website adoptions page to complete an adoption application. at www.bdrr.org/adopt. This will help us make sure we find you the right dog to fit your situation and family. Once you have completed the application, we will contact you to let you know you have been approved and then you will be able to set up an appointment to come and meet dogs you are interested in. Our adoption fees range depending on the dog's breed, age and other factors.
