Hi there! My name is Loke, and I'm a 2-year-old male black Lab mix. You might notice that my name is spelled a bit differently than the God of Mischief, and that's because I’m not mischievous at all. In fact, I'm a very sweet boy with a gentle and good-natured personality.
Life in the kennel has been tough on me. The noise, the constant commotion, and the lack of a cozy, loving home have made me quite stressed. I've even started losing weight because of it. What I truly need is a home of my own where I can relax, thrive, and live my best dog life.
I absolutely love playing with toys and going on walks. There's something magical about being outside, exploring the world, and feeling the wind in my fur. And when it comes to walks, I'm a perfect gentleman on the leash. I don’t pull or tug; I just enjoy the journey with you.
The volunteers here are wonderful, and I'm actually one of their favorites. They give me love and attention, and I enjoy every moment with them. But as much as I appreciate their kindness, what I really want is a person of my own. Someone I can bond with, share my days with, and give all my love to.
I get along great with people and other dogs, so if you have a furry friend at home, I'm sure we could become best pals. I'm just waiting for the right person to come along and rescue me, to give me the chance to show how much love and joy I can bring into their life.
Could you be the one to make my dreams come true? If you're looking for a loyal, loving, and sweet companion, then I might be the perfect match for you. Together, we can create wonderful memories, filled with fun, play, and endless affection.
Don't miss out on the opportunity to make me, Loke, a part of your life. Please fill out an adoption application online at hshcky.org.Fill out an adoption application online at: https://www.hshcky.org/
