My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Butch is the sweetest baby. He is one of my personal favorites. He is the baby out of his litter with Leroy and Constance. When he first came in he would climb onto stuff and cry for someone to help him down, such as climbing up a laundry basket with his brother or sister to get onto the washer, but then not wanting to climb back down. He's just the sweetest so he had to be spoiled and helped!

Butch is an orange tabby. We actually have multiple orange tabbies of our own, but his stripes are so much smaller and closer together than any I have seen and his face just speaks to me. He has the most amazing orange eyes that stand out, even against his orange fur. Just like his siblings, he loves to cuddle, especially at night. He would make a great bed buddy for a kid or an adult.

He is nearing a year old. At this time, he likes to follow mom into her workroom with her personal babies. He will just lay with you or he loves to be pet. If you're sleeping, he has to be there with you.

Butch is ready to go now with his adoption fee being $100. He will be up to date on shots and he is neutered.

Their adoption process

1.

Submit Application

Please reach out and we can answer any questions you have about the potential pet before submitting an application.

2.

Interview

This may also be back and forth messaging for both of us to get clarification (yea technology). Home checks can be virtual as well.

3.

Approve Application

4.

Pay Fee

The adoption fee is refundable in the event the adoption is not finalized after the home trial.

5.

Take the Pet Home

Home trials are 1-2 weeks to determine if the cat is a good fit. Adopters can exchange a cat that is not a good fit during this time frame.

6.

Sign Adoption Contract

If you choose to move forward with the adoption then this is the last step. CONGRATULATIONS!

Additional adoption info

We do allow cats to be foster-to-adopt after 8 weeks of age, if they are utd on vaccines, until they are spayed or neutered (4 months +) and receive final vaccines. After this, the adoption can be finalized.

More about this rescue

Our mission is to give as many cats as possible a second chance at a good life, especially those who are most vulnerable or abused, injured, have a disability or terminal illness, or are in need of medical care.

We are a no-kill care program and work hard to rehab and rehome as many cats as possible. We are all volunteers so we rely completely on donations.

Watch for postings of our adoptables daily! We want to help them find the right homes quickly so we can help more kitties!!

We are very fortunate that many times we see cats go from scared garbage kitties to beautiful loving cats and we want them to find great homes quickly...so we don't get too attached!!!
