Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
This adorable little girl and her sweet litter of puppies originally came to us in 2022 from the Milo Foundation. We knew when she came to us she hadn't had the best life so far, and was incredibly undersocialized. It time time, and patience for her to trust her foster family. She was previously adopted out once for a very short period, but returned to our care. We do want to stress that she is a very shy/fearful dog that will need an experienced family willing to go slow, and at her pace as well as a home with a secured fenced-in yard. We know it will take her many months if not longer to feel comfortable in a new home. Ideally her new person or family will always be willing to work with a trainer and/or behaviorist one-on-one as needed to help her adjust to her new environment, and new people. She is not a dog that meets new people easily, and is comfortabe in social outdoor settings.
But once she's comfortable with you she is a car-ride connoisseur but is also content taking a nice long nap on her favorite person's lap! Bobbie is looking for a more relaxed home where she can decompress at her own pace. She prefers more intimate, cozy outings with her people but can also play hard with friendly dogs her size in a secure yard! She would do best in an adult-only household. Cats are unknown.
Bobbie is currently in foster care and meet and greets can be arranged once your online application has been received and approved. Visit www.animalfriendsrescue.org for our online dog application.

Additional adoption info
Adoption fees help to cover the cost of the care the animal has received during their time with us, including spay/neuter, vaccines, microchipping, deworming, and flea treatment and basic foster care.
All potential adopters complete an application and are screened using a standardized series of questions by a trained adoption counselor. If the application and screening are satisfactory, a qualified adopter can complete a contract, pay the adoption fee and take the animal home.
