My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sugar! She's a 30-pound shepherd/hound mix with piercing blue eyes. She's as sweet as can be and about a year old.

Sugar is a bit skittish and scared of the world around her, but is learning what it's like to be a spoiled pup in her foster home. Her foster is working with her on leash training and going potty outside, and so far she is doing great!! She is super friendly with other dogs and is very submissive. She loves playing with toys and spending time outside, but above all, she loves to nap and snuggle!

Sugar needs a home with another dog since she becomes anxious when alone. She will need someone who understands her unique background and can be patient with her while she learns and gains confidence. Since she is skittish, a calm and quiet environment would make her feel most comfortable.

She will make a wonderful addition to someone's home and will provide love and endless snuggles in return!
