Greetings, I'm Tuts, a spirited Hound mix. My siblings and I were welcomed to Big Dog Ranch in February 2023 after being left at a shelter in Georgia. Growing up here, I'm excited about the chance to meet new friends and find a forever family. I have learned many of my basic commands and am a true nature enthusiast, I'm at my best when I'm outdoors-whether that's going on a hike with my person, or simply basking in the sun. Oh, don't let me forget, I also LOVE to play in the water! I have a moderate energy level, perfect for both lively play and peaceful downtime. Playing fetch is my absolute favorite; I can chase a ball for hours, and my enthusiasm is infectious. I'm friendly by nature, although I must admit squirrels can distract me, but I'm proud of my excellent leash skills. I assure you; I'll be a polite and attentive companion on our walks. If you're looking for a fur friend to add joy, fun, and adventure to your life, your search ends with me. Come meet me at the ranch; I'm the Hound with the happy and excitedly wagging tail, waiting in anticipation and eagerness, ready to embark on a journey of companionship and happiness with you. If you are interested in adopting a dog from us please visit our website adoptions page to complete an adoption application. at www.bdrr.org/adopt. This will help us make sure we find you the right dog to fit your situation and family. Once you have completed the application, we will contact you to let you know you have been approved and then you will be able to set up an appointment to come and meet dogs you are interested in. Our adoption fees range depending on the dog's breed, age and other factors.
